The Checkout Process:
The Unnatural Forces store uses Paypal & Google Checkout to provide you with a secure means of shopping. The process is simple, but for our customers unfamiliar with it, we would like you to know what to expect:
1. Every time you click the Add to Cart button, it may have appeared that nothing has happened. However, the item has indeed been added to your shopping cart. Clicking the View Cart or the Checkout link on the page will lead you to your shopping cart where you can review your order.
2. When you are ready to place your order, click on the PayPal or Google Checkout Button at the bottom of your Shopping Cart page. This will take you to a secure checkout page.
4. If you already have a Paypal or Google account, you may simply enter your login information. Otherwise, sign up for an account by entering the necessary information.
5. Once you have signed in, continue and enter your form of payment. Right now we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You will have one more opportunity to review your order on the next page.
6. After you have filled out your payment information, click to continue to your Order Details where shipping is calculated and you are given your order total. If all is well, confirm to place your order and soon you will receive your package from Unnatural Forces!
Domestic Shipping:
Since we are such nice people, we have decided not to charge shipping and we have decided to wave all shipping and handleling fees.

International Shipping:
We now proudly accept PayPal for International Orders! We can only accept orders from the 190 countries that PayPal currently provides services. To see if your country is on the list, please visit PayPal Worldwide.

Bulk orders:
Please contact us by email if you wish to order 10 or more items. The shopping cart is not able to adjust for high volume orders and we feel you deserve a break on your large volume order. We will recalculate your rates for the bulk packaging and as a way to show our appreciation for your high volume order, we may be able to offer you a nice discount depending upon the products you order.
Packaging:
Prints/Posters 11"x 8.5" and smaller are likely to be shipped in a rigid cardboard envelope with the words, "Photographs Enclosed. Please do not bend!" printed on the envelope. Prints/posters 17"x11" and larger will be shipped in a cardboard tube. Please note that the packaging method depends upon the order and these guidelines and are subject to change at any time.
Refunds:
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, you can request a reprint or a refund within 10 business days of the order. Please submit your request by email to the Unnatural Forces Store.
Order Cancellations:
If a mistake has been made in your order, please email us immediately to notify us of the error. Unnatural Forces can only cancel orders if they have not yet been processed.
Prints:
Each print is hand signed by the artist. The prints are produced on Hahnemuehle heavyweight satin photo rag, completely stabilized, acid-free, and wood-free. They are archival and rated to last over 100 years, perfect if you desire a durable, long-lasting, fine art print. Canvas available upon request.
TIP: Prevent premature fading/photodamage by protecting the print against or keeping it away from direct sunlight or ultra violet (UV) light sources. Also, it is advisable to protect it from open air and moisture.
Posters & Postcards:
All posters and postcards are digitally signed by the artist. The posters are semi-gloss photo paper which are a lighter weight, perfect for wall decoration. The postcards are printed on durable glossy postcard stock. They are affordable alternatives to a fine art print.
T-Shirts:
Unnatural Forces now offers T-Shirts! These silk screened beauties are printed on standard Cotton Blend T-Shirts. Due to the availability of shirts, some of the tees may vary in brand but all will remain comparable in quality and weight. Some of the pigment dye may vary slightly in the black shirts but that is just the nature of the beast. The best way to get shirts with the same pigment is to order them in quantity. It is no guarantee, just the best way to beat the odds.
Commissions:
The Lycan Knight's Karl A. Nordman and RavynEdge's Tiffany J. Tinsley are open to take commissions. Please be sure to view our respective galleries to determine which artist's style would best suit your taste.
